Oh my goodness! Our beloved ‘Xianjian QiXia Zhuan‘ – Chinese Paladin 2005 television series has been confirmed for a reboot! Its English title is “Paladin Legend“. Filming is set to begin in Hengdian in Autumn of 2021 and will be produced by Tencent Penguin Pictures. Wow.. it’s been 18 years already…?! :’)
The new Chinese Paladin TV series titled “Paladin Legend” is expected to be 40 episodes long. The cast has yet to be announced. Who will play our beloved heroes Li Xiao Yao, Zhao Ling’er and Lin Yue Ru? Will it ever be able to surpass the classic we’ve all come to love? What is certain is…. they’ve got big shoes to fill!
Either way this is very exciting news and I can’t wait to see the final product!
