I thought the glaring words Xian Jian 2.0 made it pretty obvious lol.

EDIT: And f2p online games don't have to be popular to survive. I know people who spend US$100,000 on them. It's nutty, but people do. Besides, the name Xian Jian gives the game more of a chance. More chance of people trying it out, and the developers/publishers might be willing to invest more for a longer period of time.

Earliest announcement about it on the Taiwanese site dates back to... 25th January, 2010.

Do you know if CPO2 is connected to CPO1? The earlier trailer I saw was for CPO1, where Yiru is older, but if CP02 supposedly happens after, surely (according to stuff you translated) Yiru is not a baby?

Your trailer was for CPO1 when it was still in development, meaning it might or might not have been what was released. Having not played the game before, I wouldn't know. Therefore, I can only make logical assumptions. Xiao Yao had been having the nightmares for sixteen years, so I assume Yi Ru is sixteen. You are addressing my post before your posting of the old trailer, so I assumed Yi Ru to be a baby. Logic would tell you that after your posting, I would take Yi Ru to NOT be a baby.

According to the site's introduction, CPO1 is just a general outline of the CP universe. CPO2.0 is when political unrest and Yi Ru growing scales come in. Again, I DID NOT PLAY THE GAME, so I wouldn't know. I draw conclusions from whatever information I have. That is all.
