Hi does anyone know how to fix the PalgameAF.exe mine got crashed everytime the drunken taoist want to show something..

^ that's a known problem with NewPAL. Try changing the version of your video card driver _might_ help. Or just stick with the DOS or Win95 version.

Can I play the game without the CD? I mean, I don't have an installer/CD for this game. Can I download it online?
