Chinese Paladin Uncut, 38 Episodes?

Previously there has been talks about finding Chinese Paladin uncut, which is a version released with 38 episodes instead of the standard 34. I recently came across this:

I'm so curious about this O_O I wonder if this will have extra scenes? However, it's in VCD format which I find really odd, and also the product image doesn't match up since it says DVD on the box.

Anyone else curious about this item?

No... this is the same as the 34-episode DVD version. It's just that in this 38-episode version, each episode is shorter. The overall content is the same; there is really no "Uncut" version.
