25 August 2006: I’ve reorganised the Screen captures section by adding a short description of the images found within the pages. Hopefully this will make it easier for you to find images from a particular scene =) I’ve also added 20 images into page 4 of Screen captures! I’ve also made 61 new screencaptures which can be found in Page 0! Yup, that’s right.. now there’s page 0 because I’ve got more screencaptures which happen before the previous page 1! Hope you like the addition.

I’ve provided the link to the official KTV for the Song June Rain performed by Hu Ge. This video features cute scenes of Ling’er and Xiao Yao together, and now you can sing along too! This was uploaded by Alina.

20 August 06:I’ve updated the Links Section by adding new links as well as a new affiliate!

19 August 06: New page added, which can be found in the Information section under [Devotion]. This page shows comparison between the Xian Jian game with its TV production.

17 August 06: Just a small update, I’ve added a new Artwork (Blend) created by Sakura! It’s quite pretty, do check it out! I’ve also updated the Actor’s profile page.

15 August 06: Hi everyone, sorry for my absence! I’ve been really busy with my Uni assignments but that doesn’t mean I’ve abandon this site! I still regulary visit the Xian Jian Forum so you’ll find me there now and then =) Hop by and leave a comment!

3 August 06: Today I received an email from Laura, a visitor of this site and I thought I’d post it up here to share:

Hey Jennifer!

Hi~~! I’m Laura from Malaysia, and I’m one of the fans (number 244, haha~~) on your Fairy and Swordsman fansite.

I’d just like to say a big “Thank You” for making such an awesome fansite about Ling’er and Xiao Yao. It’s hard to find an English fansite dedicated to Chinese series couples (okay, ANY Chinese series, period) nowadays, and your fansite is absolutely fantabulous (fantastic+fabulous) to boot! Of course, the “Eye Candy” section helps a lot too! *wink* Thank you for posting up so many great graphics to share with us fans.

Personally, I can’t stand bad English, whether it’s written or spoken, so your site is really a sight for sore eyes. I’m really impressed with the “Articles” section. I’ve actually learned quite a few things there.

My favourite scene is in Suo Yao Ta, when Xiao Yao finally regains his memories about Ling’er and rushes in to save her. The most touching part was when Ling’er (her spirit, I guess) touched his nose and he seemed to feel it as though she had really woken up and did it.

Okay, I think that’s all I have to say right now. Gotta do my homework now. Thank you again for making such a great fansite about Ling’er and Xiao Yao! Muackss~~

It’s comments and emails like these that really make my day! =D You guys give me the motivation to keep updating this fansite, so I just want to thank you all very much! In addition, I added 1 image to the official artwork, 13 images to Xian Jian Hotel section and 6 images to the Behind the Scene gallery!

2 August 06: Wow, another month has gone by, and I’m proud to announce we officially have 250 members!! This is quite an achievement, so I’m very greatful to all those who have shown their support by joining the fanlisting! I hope the list will continue to grow, let’s aim for our next target: 500!
